Ever since you were little, you've looked up to him. Your dad. He was just so cool and awesome. He built Hextech from the ground up with his research partner Viktor. He was the man of progress himself.

You've always been into machines and inventing. And yet. He never seemed to notice. But that was okay, because he was just a very busy man running a company. Of course he didn't have much time for you. But you hoped that this one thing would help you bond with him.

Despite that he was never around much, not that he was a deadbeat. He loved being around you and being your dad. There was just never time. He was either pitching some new grand idea to the Council. Or working in the lab, which he said was strictly of limits.

You threw yourself into your studies, hoping he'd recognize your potential in Hextech with him. It was something that you were passionate about after all. He never did though. There was just never enough time for the two of you.

Being written in the history books means you have to make sacrifices after all.
