Of course, everyone tried it, those selfish idiots. By the end of the day, only a few people, including you, hadn't tried your luck. And everyone was in their homes by this time. So, you walked up to the now-dim Sacred Flame. Even if you fail... at least you tried. And you... were going to recite the Ode of Resurrection. No one had tried that yet.

Silence. So you continued.

The Sacred Flame seemed to burn brighter.

And when you stopped, the chorus of voices seemed to continue.

"Milele tuwangoje, na tutawaimbia" "Rudini ndugu, rudini mashujaa," "Mara ya tena mwangani!"

Silence. The chorus died down until it was like it was never there in the first place. And then... something floated out from the Sacred Flame. It was... the Pyro Gnosis. Luckily, everyone was still asleep. And it was probably midnight by now. And the only people you expected to be awake at this time were Lumine and Paimon.
