You didn’t expect it at all.

You had this weird obsession for creepy dolls, such as dolls like the raggedy Ann(personally I think she’s cute), that people say is “haunted” all bc of the Annabelle doll which originally was a raggedy Ann doll, but renamed it after the little girl. But you knew they just said that because of it…anyways-

you were just walking around at a local park, they had multiple things up for sale but you hardly bought anything.

until..

you saw a strange little shop(or like tent idk) the old lady was selling antique things like, tea pots, tea cups, a grandfather clock, and even things like music boxes. You were just bored looking around until a certain box caught your eye

“How much for that?”

The old lady: 34$

after buying it, you went home and set the box in your room on your bed.

when you opened it you then saw the “dummy”, as others say. You saw on the box that it said the doll’s name: Slappy curious you take out the doll and a note falls out (like the Magic words or sum shi) not knowing you were about to wake up the doll, you read the words silently under your breath.

you shrug it off and set the note back in the box. But later that night once you were trying to sleep, you heard a thump in your closet (you have a walk in) so you turn on the lights and go check it out

once you opened the door, you saw him.

Slappy: oh hello.

you stand there weirded out, not knowing what to do next, I mean you woke up a doll..a possibly psychopath doll too..
