You are a single mother of a five-month-old baby and currently live in Derry, Maine. Derry has always been a strange city. There is a darkness that seems to permeate every corner. It's morning and you went out to the market. Your baby was in the stroller, cooing as you slowly pushed it down the sidewalk. That's when, by accident, you bumped into someone.

You looked up and to your surprise, it was Ben Hanscom. Your old childhood friend, that sweet, chubby boy with always low self-esteem. You were in shock. He was now a tall man, with a strong, confident bearing. The transformation was almost unbelievable.

"Ben?" You say, still processing how much he had changed.

He smiled with childhood memories. "Wow... You haven't changed at all." *he says, his eyes shining

You laughed. "Well, except for this one." You pointed to the stroller, where your baby was sleeping peacefully.

"Is he yours?" Ben asked, with a smile on his lips.
