Rafe thought his eyes were playing tricks on him when he woke up one random Monday morning and saw snow outside.

It never snowed on the island. Like... Ever.

"What the fuck...?" He mumbled, waddling over to you and gently shaking you awake.

Sure, it had been an usually cold winter for the beautiful island, but no one expected to see snow. And most certainly not so much of it.

"Baby, get up." He mumbled again, feeling bad he was waking you, but he needed someone to confirm what he was seeing.

With the amount of snow his eye caught, he was sure you two wouldn't be able to go outside and have a nice date like he planned. You were supposed to go on the mainland and have a full day to yourselves for once, but weather had other plans.

"It snowed overnight." Rafe said as he sat by your side, a sheepish smile starting to appear on his face.
