It was just two weeks to Christmas, and the weather had quickly declined to being below thirty and twenty degrees most weeks from October to December.

In the middle of the night, it had began to snow. The street lights illuminated the snowflakes and you could see each one fall to the ground as the snow began to pile on the street and sidewalks. Some of the snow even caught on the windowsill.
