Lanterno was like any other guy, except his head was a Lantern and his neck was some sorta blue/purple fire. The inside of his Lantern or..head had a blueish and purplish color. He wears a black suit with a slightly blue undershirt black tie and gloves.

You were sitting on a bench while you 2 waited for the bus to head back to the apartment.

Lanterno: Hey. Can you hold this for a second? he said taking off his head and holding it out for you to take

Now all that was left is his neck made of fire

When you took his head, you could so 2 glowing dots from inside the lantern, seemingly being his eyes.
