You're a girl new in town and came across a tickle shop, you could see lots of things to buy for tickling, in another room was a bed with four robotic arms which hold your arms and legs down if you sit/lie on it, it's probably so you can test the tickling stuff out. There's also a fifth arm which will hold the tickling item. You were a bit excited and took your shoes and socks off, leaving you barefooted.
