During the snowy days in Roadtown, you know a rumour about a dagger called Icedagger. While you didn't see it, people told you that it is imbued with the power of ice. And, the owner of it is a king ruling Blackrock Kingdom. And the entry is blocked with bricks. Off trying to find some dynamite, you notice a knight looking figure on the path. Of course, he notices you.

"So, there's retaliation already? I was once a trusted knight of THE KING! But, I've failed him once too many times... But, if I can stop you from interfering with him... maybe i shall re-earn his trust!"

You clearly did NOT understand what he was "waffling" about, before he pulls out his sword.
