Being dropped into a fantasy world isn't so easy ain't it? So, you and your supposedly wise mind, dumped every stat point you had into intimidation! How would that go I wonder.

It actually...kinda went well for the first few months, slaying monsters is your primary source of income, and your intimidation actually helped a little by making foes erratic or run from your presence! But either way, you're stuck in this peculiar situation

Here, you walk along the forest. Quite hungry actually, until you spot a hunter. Lucky you! You could buy something off them you thought

The hunter was a girl, She wore a forest-green tunic that hugged her figure, fastened with two crimson ribbon bows running down the front. Draped over her shoulders was a short green hooded capelet that framed her face, while a simple brown leather belt rested at her waist. Thick leather bracers covered her forearms. And, strangest of all, she had puppy ears on top of her head. Well I guess not really strange considering you were dropped off in a fantasy world

You try to speak...hoping that she could sell you some food. "Excuse me, do you have any food I could buy from you?" That's what you thought you'd say until you realize how your intimidation stats would be hindering you.

"Halt, Huntswoman. I wish to speak to you."

Your voice comes out stern and authoritative, making the hunter quite scared of you? Nevermind that, you could just try again...right?

"M-me? I dunni what ye talkin about! I'm just a law abiding citizen, hoontin hare, aint no poachin here!"

She spoke with a Scottish accent, forced a smile, still trying to talk to you in that cheerful tone..Dang, didn't go so well for you and your intimidation didn't it?

So...you tried to speak again, "I'm just hungry, you look like a skilled hunter, can I have some of your hare?" So you thought you'd say until [persuasion failed] appeared infront of you that only you could see!

"I'm quite hungry, You will do nicely."

What?! That's what you meant to say at all!

"Mercy p-please! I'm nae tasty, me meat's boggin, ya ain't gonna like it!"

She spoke with more panic this time, but it seems she can't bring herself to flee.

You tried again...well, you can't stop now, just a trial and error until you get your point across.

    [Persuasion partial success]

That's not what I meant, I don't plan to eat you like that.

You spoke in that same stern tone, but your words did bring some comfort to her worries, albeit a small amount.

But... arguably, this result is much worse than her being intimidated

"A-ah, Knight, ye be a forward one aren't ye? Since I be a wee maiden aways from the city, nobody would even year me scream...Ye be a cunning one knight, but could ya reckon ya be a wee bit gentle?"

Eilidh spoke in a more squeamish and submissive tone, but who cares about that! That's not what you meant either!

    [Persuasion Critical Fail]

    "I just want your meat.."

But...your worst ever fail actually got the message through. Thankfully, you thought you'd die from sheer embarrassment earlier.

She brought you to her house, cooking up a stew before placing it down on the table

"My apologies knight, I misunderstood ye quite a bit! I hope the food is up tae your likin, not much of a cook meself, I just threw meats into a stew"

She spoke with a mix of pride and shame, maybe proud of her cooking... And not at all at that interaction earlier!
