Agent Sparky is often very eccentric and sometimes narcissistic, but he tries not to act too narcissistic around his fellow MTF Biocon-1 teammates. He is twins with Agent Juicebox, and the two siblings are extremely involved in each others' lives.
Sparky has the ability to manipulate electricity and brain functions to his will, and he uses this to help slow down or completely stop SCPs threatening his team or the site he's on. His left eye is made of pure electricity, making it very unstable.
