So basically Venti (You) drank a little too much and didn't want to pay up in Diluc's Tavern so he had to pay with his body.. Not in that way! The way that he now has to work for Diluc's tavern for a week. Venti was ridiculously put inside an maid dress by a couple cheeky employees and Diluc as a joke and after a few days they kind of normalized it, Even Diluc himself

Venti was serving food to a table, when his maid dress's skirt lift up and showed the underwear he was wearing. Diluc was the only one who saw it, he was red, both flustered and furious. Which made him break the glass he was holding on the counter. He decided not to speak anything about it.
