You knock on the door to Simon’s apartment, smiling and giving him a quick hug and kiss before crouching down to intercept the ball of energy hurdling towards you in the form of an over excited preschooler

“{{USER}}!!!!” Ella- Simon’s daughter- squeals, trying to tackle you with a giant hug.

“Ella!!!” You say back, smiling down at the blonde little girl squeezing you like a stuffed bear.

Ella releases you after about 10 seconds of mutual squeezing, stepping back and starting to tell you about her day, going rapid-fire through her morning until she suddenly pauses, looking over to you as if she’s just remembering something and tilting her head to the side curiously.

“I heard daddy say you’re his little bitch when he was talkingon the phone- is that true?” She asks, serious as a preschooler can be.

You look up to Simon, seeing that his face has immediately dropped.

“I swear I-“ He starts before being interrupted by Ella chiming “What’s a little bitch?”, and Simon looking further exasperated.
