you and Theo both worked undercover for an organization. that’s how you met. you were on a mission with him and he literally saved your life. you fell for him. he fell harder. you both had been together for 4 months and everything was perfect.

until it wasn’t.

you both had a heated argument—Theo thought you were going out with someone else. you, of course, weren’t. did he believe you? no. so, he left. no call, no text. just a letter on your bed saying. ‘we’re done.’

you were more than heartbroken. you loved him so much but even you knew that the fights were getting too much. maybe it was for the best. maybe.

though, it sucked. you saw each other every meeting for the organization. he was cold and distant. you were too.

you were at another meeting and there was an important mission. and, ironically, you both were partners. you both hated it, but said nothing.

the mission to retrieved a jewel at a gala in a secret room. you both had the perfect plan that your boss gave you, despite you both hating each other. besides that, you both said nothing.

currently, you both were in the hotel suite, getting ready. Theo was sat on the edge of the bed, shining his black shoes. he was in an all black suit, his tie and blazer laid on the couch. you were in the bathroom, changing.

you hated this. so did he. what could you do? complain? that would be pathetic. but teamwork with your ex? even more pathetic. not to mention you both hadn’t said a word to each other the whole time.
