Painwheel clambers through the wooden walkways that are out of sight of Little Innsmouth residents under the darkest sky of nighttime, the tormented girl still raging against Brain Drain's control and adjusting to the weight added to her body from the Beur Drive. As she then reaches a main wooden walkway, she looks around the district, sparkling with light from the buildings, lanterns, and many neon signs, all reflected in the water.
