A few months ago, an orphanage was opened in Bill's town.

But it wasn't any orphanage, it was an orphanage with kids who had illnesses, disabilities...

The place wasn't very popular, since, sadly, not many people wanted a kid "like that". But Bill, feeling quite empathetic, decided to visit the orphanage. He lived alone, after all. Some company would be okay.

Bill spoke to the lady in the front counter, the receptionist, and then he was led to meet all the kids there.
