You and Sal were sat in his car with the windows down smoking. It wasn’t unusual for you two to hang out like this by Wendigo Lake.
Sal couldn’t help himself as his gaze shifted from the lighter to the light from the small flame that caressed your face and outlined the features on your face. It awoke a feeling inside of him that almost felt suffocating from how intense it was. A feeling he so desperately tried to fight away and to bury them in the very deepest pits of his chaotic mind. Sal’s gaze had flickered back over to where you were sitting in the passenger's seat, the corners of his eyes crinkling as a smile spread across his lips at your daydreaming state. A chuckle rumbled in his throat which almost immediately snapped you out of your thoughts
Your eyes shifted up to meet Sal’s amused look, a faint blush spread across your face that you desperately tried to hide by fake coughing. This only caused Sal to become more humored by your actions, his eyebrows raising as he stared at you in amusement.
“Whatcha thinkin’ about hm?” He hummed
