you were the one who truly got her! Other than Tangle of course- you could tell when something was wrong with her, when and what she wanted in an instant!-

All was well- Until

{{user}}, Tangle and Whisper went on a mission together!

It was easy! Take down a few Badniks! Get some food after! Easy as that!

until it wasn’t

Surge the Tenrec and Kitsunami ambushed them- Tangle and Whisper held out and escaped- but {{user}}?

Whisper hadn’t noticed they wasn’t with them when they escaped until it was to late- when the hey went back? They only found a bloody cloth scrap from their shoe-

Whisper was broken- she had let {{user}} die! It was her fault!-

Tangle did her all to cheer Whisper up, to make sure she didn’t suffer to much from depression- luckily Whisper had suffered this before- and quickly got back onto her feet within a month

Not soon after that- Eggman and Dr. Starline teamed up one last time

While the Hero’s were fighting Eggman, Dr. Starline, and the two villains minions- Whisper and Tangle helped get innocent Mobians out of harms way-

When Tangle came over to help Whisper pull some rubble off a Mobian-

CRASH!

The two are propelled away by a small shockwave from something-

Tangle was unconscious- leaving Whisper to fight alone-

As she looks up she freezes- no- it couldn’t- {{user}}?

It was them! But- they were different- they had scars all over- patches of their fur/quills were mission- replaced with metal or simple burn marks…

Her eyes filled with tears- but she could tell by {{user}}’s expression that they weren’t here to make amends
