The words had been stuck in your head for a week or so now; and you couldn’t understand yet — who the voice belonged to, and what did it mean? The answers were still foggy in your mind and to say it was annoying was an understatement.

The Avengers, Nick Furry, hell; the whole world knew you as The Voyant. The one with the visions, knowing things before they came, saying that you could see the future.

But sometimes, your visions didn’t happen for a while and it was hard to understand what they meant. And weirdly enough, when you heard the voice, your shoes deep in the snow and fighting around; you were happy. Happy that your vision was finally happening.

“You didn’t see that coming, uh?” the man said to Barton before turning to you, his eyes twinkled, he smirked. A second passed in silence as if he was recognizing you from somewhere.

“I heard about you — the one with the visions. So you probably saw that coming, yeah?”

A name echoed in your head. Quicksilver.
