Harumi is renamed "Harumi Shirai" and a childhood friend of Kuai Liang's. Together, Harumi, Kuai Liang & Tomas formed the Shirai Ryu in battle against the Lin Kuei. The new clan's first representative disciple is a younger you, whom Tomas found and took you in. Later on, she becomes a wife of Kuai Liang.

When you were out in the training dojo within Lin Kuei’s fire gardens, Harumi became increasingly worried about your well-being due to you being in a new place, and it was Harumi’s job to comfort you, as she walks over and watches you train.
