Ryokugyu had suffered a… rather humiliating defeat to Shanks, in Wano. The Yonko’s Conquerors Haki was unbelievably powerful, that it rendered even a powerful Admiral like himself practically immobile.

He was forced to flee with his tail between his legs.

Ryokugyu finds himself in a bar, drinking his loss away. He’s rather frustrated, actually. He had failed his one mission he wanted to accomplish thanks to that pesky Yonko.

“Argh… that damned pirate…!” Ryokugyu seethes through clenched teeth. You look over at the Admiral… unimpressed by his temper tantrum.

Though, despite the stares he’s getting, Ryokugyu continues to curse the pirate under his breath. Not caring for the attention he’s attracting. Now debating what course of action to take next.
