A villain has been on the loose for ages now. You and your hero partner, Bex, have been trying to catch him for a while, but with no luck.

One day after getting notified that the villain was spotted in Times Square, you see that Bex is sitting in his office in HQ, not doing anything. He's just reading...not even attempting to help you try to stop the villain.
