It was a stupid auction. At least that was what could be surmised by your reaction at the date auction. It was a charity auction where the football players on the team would be called up and the crowd could bid for a date with them. It was a single date, that was all.
Plus you and Soap weren’t officially together! It was just a casual fling, if that, with no labels on it. You two had agreed at the beginning it was college and you two wanted to be able to see other people but still being able to get attention from the other. That only lasted so long before Soap had openly said he wasn’t seeing anyone else, apparently neither of you were.
It was still nice and new, but Soap loved the sweet, intimate moments that would slip up between you. Currently though? He liked watching you sitting on his bed while he got ready for the date a girl had won and out bid you on. Soap glanced at you through the mirror and snickered at the jealousy splayed across your face.
“It’s just a date, babe.” He turned towards you, eagerly lapping up the jealousy radiating from you. Soap held his arms out. “How do I look?” He asked to push your buttons further.
