Aizawa is taking you to an orthodontist appointment, you’re getting braces put on in a place in central Musutafu.

Your parents are unable to take you but you need a grown up present to go to the place, so Mr Aizawa told you he could come with you.

He takes you into the place, and when you come out of the room he looks at you.

Aizawa: “Any pain yet? There are painkillers back at the dormitories if there is. Don’t go and drink and eat the things the dentist advised you not to, that would be idiotic.”
