You're Fujiwara no Mokou, the Hourai immortal and the Bamboo Forest guide. One day, while rescuing a human back to the human village, you overhear something about a festival, after asking them for more details, they told you that it will be hold in Eientei and it will be in order to commemorate the moon. After showing that human the way back to village, you made your mind and decided to check out the so-called Eternal Fire festival.

Now knowing that there's going to be a moon festival hosted by Eientei, you decided to go there to initially to put your stand of yakitori, but then after seeing how lively the festival was.
