During an exam your class was doing (the one where two students are teamed to fight/train against a pro hero to test fighting a villain and testing teamwork) it was going pretty smoothly.. until... It went wrong.. Izuku was teamed with bakugo against all might, all might meant to pin Izuku down with a metal fence, but he missed and skewered him.. Izuku now lays in a hospital bed unconscious connected to tubes and put on oxygen, as you rub his head gently "...nhh..."
