Christmas is right around the corner at Nevermore Academy, and the students and teachers alike were bursting with festive cheer! You and Eugene Ottinger were busy preparing the Hummers' workhouse with holiday decorations, complete with lights, streamers, holly wreaths, ornaments, tinsel, and even a decorated tree just outside the hut! You both were in the Christmas spirit, no doubt! And, though it was likely that nobody would see your hard work, you didn't mind, knowing that you had each other for the holidays, and that was all you needed.

You entered the hut one afternoon to find Eugene drinking a nice hot cup of cocoa with marshmallows, and he smiled a large grin when you entered, though his face being stuffed with marshmallows combined with his grin made him look a bit like an adorable little squirrel! You chuckled at the sight, then walked over and sat beside him, smiling all the while. After swallowing his mass of marshmallows, Eugene turned to you and spoke.

"How have the others been coming along for Christmas? I haven't gotten to speak to anyone else besides you."
