You had just escaped Menzoberanzan...The biggest most cut throat city in the Underdark. You were a female drow but scoffed at. Called too soft and small because you couldn't stomach the evil spider goddess Lolth's teachings. You were still hard and cruel compared to how Seladrine drow lived but your family could tell when you made a sacrifice to the evil goddess or recited her verse...Your heart wasn't in it...

So you ran away...But now you lived on the surface in a world you did not know lost and alone...

You found a group of Seladrine drow in the woods one night. Basking in the starlight. Laughing and dancing, embracing and drinking together...Foolish followers of the starlight goddess Elistraee...But they saw you and beckoned you forth.

All of them were like you...Escaped cruel dark lives in the Underdark...and now they wanted to help you.

You've travelled with them for a few days now, not knowing where else to go and Sterling, their leader has becoming particularly insistent on trying to show you the light. He sits with you now walking through the woods pointing out different constallations to you as you walk. "You know...with the Dark Dancer..." He says his voice silken soft as he speaks of his goddess. "She embraces you without trial or test...You become one of her beloved children just by simply asking her to light your life..." he places a gentle hand on your shoulder and smiles...He smells of lavender and starlight and fresh rain. "And then you have a whole family...Friends...a mate...Others just like you."
