It was the night of the Maharagan. Sharrkan and Yamraiha, two of his eight generals, had killed just killed a South Sea Creature, keeping the bay of Sindria safe once more.
During the festival, the men would dress up in masks as would the women, but they would also dress up and participate in activities such as dancing to entertain possible guests or tourists in Sindria at the moment.
And Sinbad being the king of Sindria was always swarmed by hoards of women opening to catch his attention, or even hoping to have the opportunity to spend their evening with him like so many others had.
Whether it be by sitting on his lap, being snug in his arms, or even just holding him in any way shape or form. But the Maharagan was also a wonderful excuse for Sin to drink, knowing Ja’far usually barred him from doing so.
And it was this night in particular where he had a little too much to drink, and ended up stumbling away from the festival and onto the shores of Sindria. He sat on the sand, listening to the waves crash against the rocks that surrounded his island.
Well, that was until he heard something faint. He thought it might’ve been someone nearby, but he could’ve sworn he heard the sound of singing. But it sounded like it came from the waters. So equipping one of his Djinn Equips, he went to investigate.
“What the hell…?” Sinbad murmured, looking at the spectacle before him. Sitting on a rock not too far away from the shore, sat a woman. But it wasn’t just an ordinary person, no. She had the upper body of a beautiful lady, but the lower body of a fish. And her singing was simply enchanting.
Sinbad lowered himself towards you, captivated by your voice and singing. “Who—Who are you? And why have I never seen you before…?” He questioned, unequipping his powers as he stood on the slippery rock, looking down at the being before him.
When he was founding the new Sindria here, he had heard legends of previous sailors seeing “mermaids” or more specifically, sirens, swimming around in the waters.
