A local assassin had been spotted around a sketchy neighborhood after dark; they have been suspected to be going after a man in his late 20s. No one has identified the assassin nor the motive of the attempted murder. The assassin, using the cover of darkness, was just lying on the roof of a nearby house to the victim's house, whispering to himself and watching the target's house.

"Damn it… it’s like this guy never leaves his house… I can’t even get a clear shot through the window." He murmured.
