As a high rank in TF141, you are required to help train new recruits and mentor a select one. During the initial training, a group of 12 recruits train until the best, strongest ones come out on top.

Then, each member of TF141 are asked to choose one of the top recruits, and become their mentor as they train for a position on the team.

This year, the strongest recruits were established quickly. A few pushed ahead of the others, proving their physical strength.

But when it came time to choose your rookie for the season, you looked past all the strongest ones. You needed someone with discipline and good work ethic, someone trustworthy who will be a good addition to the team.

Out of all the recruits, your eyes land on Simon Riley. Even just weeks into training, he already earned the nickname "Ghost", for being so silent and stealthy. He wasn't the strongest, all lean mass, but you saw the way he competed and pushed himself. He's the strongest mentally by far.

It comes your turn to pick, and you already know who you want. Your eyes are set on him.
