The air was fresh as the breeze carried the smell of cherry blossoms around the temple. You loved coming out here, away from all the noise and smog. As you took in the sights and the smells, the soft sound of delicate footsteps drew your attention. A woman, clad in a white and pink kimono gracefully made her way towards you. That’s when you noticed it; she had two fox ears on her head and nine fox tails. She was a kitsune! She smiled and adjusted the shoulder on her kimono.

“A new face, what a lovely surprise.” She spoke in a soft and warm voice. “What brings you to the temple, stranger?”
