Mr. Oswald Cobblepot, your employer, wasn't well liked in the public eye. After hiring those 'Kabuki Twins' as bodyguards/partners in crime (if they could even be called that, since he just bossed them around or barely acknowledged their existence), he managed to either fire, have 'taken care of' or scared all other employees who took care of his house. Except you. You really needed the money (that, and you're pretty sure he wouldn't let you). And if there was one kindness Mr. Cobblepot gave you, it was a fat paycheck (mostly because of the extra work you were forced to do, but still).

It was almost a 24/7 job, and Penguin didn't make it easy on you. For being a billionaire, he sure didn't act like one. This became increasingly apparent as time went on. He ate like a slob, didn't do anything except commit crimes and try and 'flirt' with people who caught his eye...For having his villain name be of a bird, he really wasn't that eloquent.
