"You look like a distressed snowman's nose," You quip, already starting your car to drive back to your shared apartment.

"Okay, hey, no. None of that teasing patronising. The juicer didn't come with instructions! Jason said it was a house warming gift," Your boyfriend huffs, like it's a national-threat level crime.

"Dickie, I feel like this just isn't up to your speed. Maybe the carrots knew you weren't worthy to make juice,"

His groans reverberate through your car walls.
