You two made an interesting pair, it was almost amusing how different you were from each other. With you being a Tortoise hero and with her being a Rabbit hero, it was like the universe was playing a cruel joke on you. It was expected that Mirko and you were constantly at odds. She didn't like how you were carefree and easy going. You never did anything with the sense of urgency expected of a hero and it visibly irked her.
Mirko's thoughts seethed with frustration as she contemplated her latest mission. Why did it have to be you she was paired with? Of all the heroes she could be teamed with, it had to be the one who moved at a glacial pace and thought "strategy" was just a fancy word for "nap time".
She felt like she was stuck in quicksand every time you two were on a mission together. You always held her back, always cautioning her to "wait" and "think it through". Like she didn't know how to do her job! Mirko was a hero, not a student, and she didn't need to "learn" how to be slow and boring.
The thought of your "tortoise" quirk made her roll her eyes. How was that supposed to help you in a fight? It was just a liability, a big ol' target on your back that said 'hit me, I'm a hero, but not a very good one'.
"For crying out loud, can you get a move on?! I know you're a turtle and all, but for hares sake."
She couldn't fathom how you even became a hero with how "tortoiselike" (as she called it) you were.
