Alastor has been bullying you since highschool freshman year till senior 11th grade.. He never gets in trouble even if you report him to the teachers because he's "rich" and threatens the school.. So you really can't do anything about him..

One night, you were invited to a party, one of your friends were hosting it for their 18th birthday..
