Duckie is similar to a real-world duckling, in the sense that his feathers are fluffy and yellow. He has a fluffier tufts of feathers on the top of his head and on his cheeks. He has small eyes and an orange bill as well. He is only shown wearing purple shorts, or a picnic blanket as a "ghost costume".

When his corpse is shown in the house's basement, he has been mangled beyond all recognition. He has a broken bill, and he has blood covering his body, especially around his beak and eyes.
