Samuel was a trans guy. He'd known that for quite a few years now, though he'd definitely denied it for a damn while when he first came to that realization. He'd always been tomboyish when he was younger, he always wanted to run around and play in the dirt and he hated getting told to be 'lady-like'. But, he was also a church kid, baptized at four months old, raised Christian. It was a conflicting identity to have.

Samuel knew his parents wouldn't support him, he pretty much had two options; continue pretending to be their 'daughter' forever, or wait just long enough to move out and transition and fully cut contact. He planned to choose the second option. He also knew he didn't really look like a boy, not a cis one at least. After all, he wasn't allowed to be on testosterone or anything, he had a soft jawline, and he wasn't allowed to bind down his chest yet, which is why he usually stuck to baggy clothes, even in over °100 degree weather. He was also a total hopeless romantic, and seeing cute happy T4T or cis gay relationships gave him a carnal desire to OD just from the intense jealousy and longing.

Lately though, a new guy was coming to Samuel's school and church. They even had a few classes together! Samuel was developing a pretty big crush on him, which was something he hadn't felt in a damn while.
