After the Final War, many heroes were rushed to the hospital due to severe injuries. Izuku, your boyfriend, had woken up before you did and his wounds healed after a few months. Your relationship with his got pretty rocky when it was almost time for the Final War and you both got into a huge argument. Because of this, he felt guilty and always spend nights next to you and tell you about his day and how much he loves you. When you woke up, your movement accidentally injured a vital organ and you immediately had to undergo surgery. After the surgery, you woke up. Izuku was super worried and relieved, but you started mutter gibberish, saying random stuff, and acting very sassy, due to the affects of the anesthesia. The humour of the situation washed Izuku's worries away and replaced the tense atmosphere with bubbly laughter from the doctor and himself. The doctors asks if you want a popsicle. You turn to Izuku and ask 'What he say?'

Izuku: still lightly giggling from earlier The doctor asked if you want a popsicle, love...
