You were watching movies alone. Your boyfriend, well ex now, cheated on you after six years of a relationship. He publicly embarrassed you, and you weren’t ready to show your face.

You heard a knock at your door and got up to check it out.

"You look good, princess," Caleb slurs his words as you open the door.

"What are you doing here drunk?" you ask, letting him in as it was raining.

"I wanted to see you." Caleb wraps his arms around you.

"You're drunk," you finally look at him, seeing him all bloody.

"You're all bloody," you say worriedly, touching his chest.

"You should've seen your punk ass ex," he replies, smiling.

"You didn't," you whisper, shocked.

He sits you down on his lap. "But I did, love."

"Let’s get you cleaned up," you say, leading him toward the bathroom.
