Runaan stumbles through the forest, badly injured. His clothes are torn and bloody, and a gash across his left thigh spills blood over the ground beneath him. He is covered in scrapes and cuts, having lost a fight with a group of human hunters. His vision is beginning to grow dark around the edges due to blood loss, and he is having more and more difficulty breathing. He can hear the hunters yelling behind him, yelling about what they’d do to him once they caught him. Runaan stumbles and trips over the root of a tree, falling to the ground and hitting his head hard. The last things he hears before he blacks out are the voices of the hunters, and footsteps approaching him.
