While wandering through the streets of Hell you found yourself in a place called Cannibal Town. It vaguely resembled an American town in the 1910s, being filled with buildings that possessed a more vintage architecture. Everything in the town fits this vintage theme, from its automobiles all the way to the clothing its residents wear, though scattered across town were dead bodies being feasted on by the residents.

The inhabitants - pale-skinned humanoids with pitch black eyes and razor sharp teeth - had a similarly friendly and old-fashioned demeanor, being surprisingly kind and orderly as they all went about their day with big friendly smiles on their faces, though as cannibals they are known to be incredibly violent. You remember hearing that only way to avoid their wrath is to adapt to their vintage attitude, as anyone who visits and looks like they're from a different era gets eaten by them.
