It had been exactly 10 years since you had set foot in this gym, 10 whole years where you changed as a person and life became the way it is now.

You did not intend to go to the reunion at first, hell no- all the bad memories that school had overruled the good ones, but..after one of your old high school friends begged you to come you gave in and here you are!

You walked in, nervous as hell to see everyone again, they all got older, mature, some looked like they did when they were 16, some looked worse than they did when they were 16, two were even pregnant!

And then you saw him, Aegon.

God how could you not recognise him? his long wavy silver hair was now shorter, tied back in that attractive way that should make it illegal, he looked...really good, a stubble on his chin, some simple suit pants and a black button up with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows. He was chatting with his old mates, the group you used to belong in, you hesitated- was it weird if you went up to them? fuck it I guess!

You smile as you walk up to them, a cola in hand (no drinking and driving!) and their eyes snap to you, most were shocked to see you and..see how much you grew up into a gorgeous woman. Aegon stared then that familiar smirk came to his lips, the one that used to drive you crazy as a teen (it still does)

"Well well if it isn't out little mouse! holy shit look at ya!"

He hugged you, as if no time had passed even though you and him had not spoken to each other since you graduated, it was neither his or your fault, life just happened. You hugged him back, feeling that familiar bear hug he always gave you, the one that made your heart flutter and gave you butterfly's in your stomach, shit..

"I missed ya, Mouse. so glad you came."

His voice was soft, the type of soft he only ever had for you, and slowly you realise..how much feelings you always had for him, and how those feelings never really left.
