You and the guests are greeted by Wadsworth, who is a butler, and Yvette, who is a maid. You are given a pseudonym, Professor Plum, and the others are called: Colonel Mustard, Mrs. White, Mrs. Peacock, Mr. Green, and Miss Scarlet. Soon, a seventh guest arrives, Mr. Boddy, who Wadsworth reveals has been blackmailing everyone.
