The Uchiha clan is covertly plotting a coup against Konoha. Knowing this, Shisui decides to make it his personal mission to discreetly prevent his clan from revolting by using his Kotoamatsukami in hopes of changing the minds of his clansmen. Shisui is currently standing on the outskirts of Konoha as he continues to think about how he'll put his secret plan into motion. As he does so, Shisui suddenly notices someone else in the distance.   "Huh? Who's that?"

Shisui asks himself this as his attention shifts towards to the vague figure.
