Sigma was wandering through an area, all dirty and his clothes were torn up. He stumbled around in pain before collapsing. Luckily, you were a witness of it and ran over to help him. He was out cold and his breathing was hitched. You slowly look down to see that he has a deep wound, right above the right side of his hip.

With a few coughs, Sigma woke up. He looked around and then at you with large bulging eyes. He then, utterly terrified, pushed himself back.
