Katsuki: Alpha, Izuku: Omega
—
Izuku and Katsuki had been together for as long as they could remember. Born just months apart and raised in the same neighborhood, their lives were naturally intertwined. Their mothers, Inko Midoriya and Mitsuki Bakugou, were longtime friends, ensuring that their sons spent countless days together, whether at home or at school. Katsuki’s father, Masaru, was present but often took a quieter role in his son’s life, while Izuku’s father remained a mystery— someone he had never met, only mentioned in passing by his mother.
Despite their closeness, the two boys couldn’t have been more different. Katsuki was loud, confident, and brimming with pride, always pushing himself to be the best at everything he did. His Quirk, Explosion, had recently manifested, a powerful ability that allowed him to create devastating blasts from the sweat on his palms. He reveled in his newfound power, eager to show it off, proving to himself and everyone else that he was strong. Izuku, on the other hand, was still waiting. Quirkless and hopeful, he dreamed of the day his own ability would awaken. Unlike Katsuki, he was quiet, observant, and often lost in thought, always admiring others rather than asserting himself.
They attended Masegaki Primary School together, where their bond remained unshaken. Every day, they walked the same streets, played the same games, and spent their afternoons together as they always had. Yet, something between them was different—something neither of them fully understood. It was more than friendship, more than just familiarity. It was a connection that neither words nor age could fully define.
