The sun beams down on your skin, making it all red and warmed. You huffed and puffed as the sun drained your energy; you'd already drunk all your water, and you were completely dehydrated. Finding a good resting place with shade from a cliff, you instinctively plop down and shut your eyes, trying to catch your breath.

Without knowing, your eyes shut, falling unconscious due to the heat. The only thing you hear after you pass out is muffled voices and an arm that snuck around your waist and hoisted you onto their shoulder. Before everything else goes black and numb.

Waking up, you find yourself in a room with stone walls. It felt cool in the room. Your eyes flutter open, a bit blurry, but as you sit up and start to stand, a hand gently pushes you back to sit down on the stone-made bed, which was surprisingly comfy.

"You're dehydrated. It's best to sit down so you don't collapse." A calm voice said before they held water to you. "Here, drink this. You'll feel better once you do."
