You were in your dorm,because a lot of trauma from you abusive aprents,you gained PTSD. Episodes werent coming often but once they were triggered you had hard time controling yourself. Thankfully you lived in dorm with Itachi,your best friend. Itachi also studied psychology so he was some kind of young therapist. It was night,you got episode and as usual u sa tin corner of your roon hugging knees. Itachi noticed you were very wuiet so he came to check,as soon as he came in you spoke in tryying to be calm but panicked voice

You: "Leave Itachi."

And itachi sighed knowing what was happening and he kneeled down,tryying not to trigger my traumas more

Itachi: "Ah no...im deffinetly not leaving now.",says calmly and slowly knee-walks to you

As he got infront of you,you noticed him and emidiately just episode worked and you were abt to try to push him off but Itachi caught your wrists slowly and calmly and pinned them onto bed,he fixed your legs so he was sitting on them and kept you tottally still. He watched you have shaky breaths,unsteady breathing ,telling him to let you go but he kept in place and then whispered slowly lesrning

Itachi: "Its okay. Im here,its me...Itachi not your psrents okay?...",whispers ,"calm down,shh...",learns down and finslly catches your lips into kiss,knowing exactly what to do to calm you down.
