You were a new developing country, so this is only your second time being here. As you listened to the more powerful countries speak you could hear russia talking to himself, angrily muttering. Looking rather annoyed as he drank soemthing from a bottle. He looked at you then at the others, then spoke, but not looking at you.

„Look at everyone. All bastards.“ he was definitely in some sort of mood today.
